Submission Process
Please ensure following points when you submit your article, paper or research for publishing with us.
- When you submit you agree that you are giving your publication and commercial copyrights to us for lifetime duration without any payment in return; however you also own copyright of your research and work.
- You also transfer to us all print, publication, electronic rights, global, English and all language rights to publish and/ or to utilise the research in its different and modified versions in part or full.
- A minimum of 12 size fonts and Fonts to be used are either Arial, Arial Nova, Calibri, Calibri Light or Grandview. It should be double spaced with Minimum margin on each side should be 3 cm. Both MS-Word and PDF versions should be submitted. No use of end notes or foot notes.
- The structure of any submission should be as follows.
- Title (maximum 16 Words)
- Authors (Full Name, Designation, Address & Contact of all authors)
- Abstract (maximum 250 words)
- Introduction or Context
- Problem or Problem Definition
- Main content (Use sub-headings to include Literature, Propositions, Theories, Hypotheses, Operationalisation and Methods, Results from Data Analyses)
- Analysis or Discussion of Findings
- Conclusions (This shall include Contribution, Implications, Yield and/or Further Scope as well.)
- References (Referencing should be Harvard style only, Full references so that it can be searched by readers or reviewers)
- Appendices (Data collection instruments, primary and secondary data)
- Authors’ short biographies (No more than 150 words for each author with their passport size pic pasted in document, designation and organisation name)
- The paper should not exceed more than 60 – A4 size pages.
- All figures, tables and graphs must have clearly mentioned headings at the top and sources at the bottom.
- The paper must be submitted by the ONE corresponding author only when there is more than one author.
- Please clearly mention in your email the type of paper you are submitting such as a Conceptual Paper, a Literature Review Paper or a Full Paper with Findings from Data Analyses.
