How it works?

Step 1 Select a number of themes/ topics, delivery duration and a team size you wish to train for your organisation.
Step 2 INRME team collaborates online with your team to finalise content and delivery of the programme. A programme schedule and delivery dates are agreed as part of contract.
Step 3 INRME team develops the programme for your organisation.
Step 4 INRME team visits your site as per agreed schedule and time to deliver the training programme to your teams.
Step 5 You organisation provides us a “successful delivery completion” confirmation.

Fees and Funding

GBP £200 per day per executive + VAT
Register as an organisation here by selecting course themes and a team size for your organisation. Upon submission on this form, it generates an estimated cost of the programme.

Class Size

Each team shall comprise of 20 (minimum) – 35 (maximum) executives from a single organisation

Duration

1 Theme/ Topic – 2 days
2 Themes / Topics – 3 days
3 Themes / Topics – 4 days
4 Themes / Topics – 5 days
5 Themes / Topics – 7 days

More than 7 working days in a single programme is not recommended because

  • All themes are different and it is difficult for your executives to grasp more than 5 themes learning in one attempt and then utilise it later.
  • It is difficult for any organisation to send employees away for more than 7 working days from a busy schedule.
